Our Story

I’m Greg, and along with my wife Susan and our kids, Lauren and Cooper, we’re the family behind Sugar Sand Carts 30A. Susan and I have been visiting this area since the late ’90s, and over time, it has become much more than a vacation destination—it’s where our family has made some of our most treasured memories and now call home.


Lauren and I turned our love for 30A into a business we genuinely enjoy, helping other families create their own special moments while exploring everything this beautiful stretch of coast has to offer.


Some of the best memories come from the simple joys—fun beach days, ice cream runs, and endless sunset walks along the shore. There’s something magical about feeling the breeze in your hair, the sun on your face, and the ocean air all around. Our hope is that your time here is filled with those same unforgettable moments that make 30A so extraordinary.

Street Legal & Community Friendly

We want your vacation to be fun—and safe. Please note:

  • Carts may only be driven on roads posted 35 MPH or less
  • No driving on sidewalks, bike paths, boardwalks, or the beach
  • No driving on Highway 98
  • Driver must have a valid driver's license and follow all Florida traffic laws
  • Open container and DUI laws apply to carts just like cars
