Prohibited Areas of Florida 30A

While most of the 30A corridor is cart-friendly, certain areas, neighborhoods, and roads are strictly off-limits!

Please Read Before Booking: In addition to the map above, some communities have strict rules regarding LSV rentals. While we make every effort to stay up to date on neighborhood guidelines, policies can change at any time and communities are not obligated to notify us when they do.

For this reason, it is imperative to confirm with your property manager that outside LSV rentals are permitted at your specific location prior to booking. Verification is the sole responsibility of the renter, and standard cancellation policies apply.
